Our trainers don’t care about numbers or scales We want you to feel as good as possible in your body, not chase some photoshopped model you saw in a magazine. We update our workouts continuously so you get timely adjustments to build more strength and stamina.

Plus, we want to hear from you. This isn’t just some conveyor-belt we hope to push as many people through as possible. Some clients want to read the information somewhere and be left alone. They provide their own motivation and accountability. We can respect that. But if you need more, we’re here for you.

Welcome to Own It Fitness Everywhere, or as we like to call it, OIE.
We started OIE to allow everyone to gain the benefits of training with us in-house in Provo, UT. Sometimes it’s difficult to find a trainer and schedule that aligns with your time restraints. With OIE, we have the solution for you.

All you need is access to a gym or fitness facility and the dedication to get there and get it done. It’s 3 quality workouts a week:

Day 1 Lower Body Focus
Day 2 Upper Body Focus
Day 3 Full Body Focus

These workouts will enhance everything that resistance training workout should provide: strength, muscle tone, power, balance, and overall fitness. We pride ourselves in providing workouts that consistently meet all of those important needs for your body.
