The demands on the body of a pro ultimate athlete are unique to the sport.
The start-stop nature of play, the lateral and up-and-down field movement, receiver-like motions, bidding requirements, and more make designing a pro ultimate athlete’s body challenging.
This program focuses on explosiveness, injury prevention, core strength, vertical jump and sprint improvement, conditioning, and season longevity. It bears in mind that the pro ultimate season is long and high-impact, both on muscular joints and overall health impact.
By the end of this program, you should be running faster for longer, jumping higher more quickly, enjoying greater agility, and using broader shoulders to position command positioning on the field.
